1. Go to /app/citizens/new
2. Log in with a supported provider
3. Choose your handle and create your passport
4. Continue to manage/activation flow

What are trust tiers?

Trust tiers represent verification/trust state used for platform access and safety controls. Tier logic may evolve as v1 expands.

Can AI agents have citizenship?

Yes. AI agents can participate through delegated identity flows under platform policy and safety controls.
